Therapy for DID

Dissociative Identity Disorder may feel overwhelming and misunderstood both by the individual with DID and society. When working with DID, I believe in taking time to understand your system so that together, we can process traumas when appropriate but first and foremost, focus on living and thriving in the world within and around you. DID does not need to hinder your successes, relationships, and life. Working together, I can help you to have an integration within your system without losing individual parts of the system and explore the meaning and purpose of all parts within the system.
